The US Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission and Federal Trade Commission filed lawsuits against Alex Mashinsky, former CEO of bankrupt Celsius Network, and the company itself. The lawsuits allege multiple counts of fraud, with Mashinsky accused of pumping up CEL's price and wire fraud.
